Compassion Cultivation Training

A compassionate attitude can greatly reduce the distress of difficult situations and can become a profound personal resource in times of stress. I bring a program called Compassion Cultivation Training into a variety of educational, business, and clinical settings. Through engagement with contemplative practices, contemporary psychology, and scientific research, participants strengthen the qualities of compassion, empathy, and kindness within themselves and for others.
